Common Core curriculum is not the first bad idea thought up by the government to teach mathematics!
Just look at this long list of poor quality programs that were pushed by the government and rejected by teachers!
I remember "New Math" in school.
This is another great example why the government should NOT be allowed to regulate something that is not defined in the Constitution!
